All data is retained for a period, which reflects our needs to provide a service to you as contracted and to meet legal, statutory and regulatory requirements. (usually 7 years for contractual or legal obligations and up to 6 months for an enquiry to sell a vehicle) This is regularly reviewed and data will be correctly disposed of when no longer required.

We use a third party service (Google analytics) to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns, we do this to find out the number of visitors in each part of the site, this information is processed, in a way that doesn’t identify anyone, we do not make or allow Google to make any attempt to find out the identities of anyone visiting our websites.
We use social media to engage with users and our website links to our Facebook, Twitter and Google+pages. We do not keep any specific data that identifies an individual user but hold details of our followers on these platforms.
When you visit our website or any websites hosted by us, the server collects IP addresses to provide security and prevent brute force or malicious attacks.
